Profile:

 

Cheryl Wyatt is a Food Service Manager with a variety of experiences in the Food Industry.  The majority of her time has been spent in the healthcare industry with intervals in fine dining, family restaurants,  educational institutions, NFSTP  food safety workshop facilitator and most recently  NFSTP Train the Trainer workshop facilitator. Her background includes hiring, training and managing large staff complements in both unionized and non-unionized environments, Health and Safety Auditing, Quality Assurance Monitoring, and “hands on” kitchen experience.
