Serve It Safe Food Consulting uses the National Food Safety Training Program (NFSTP) Food Handler Certification course as a training tool. The Canadian Restaurant and Food Service Association (CRFA) developed the National Food Safety Training Program in 2004 in response to a growing demand for food safety training that meets the needs of foodservice operators from coast-to-coast.

This 1 day course with pre-session workbook is designed to train and certify quick-service, full-service, chain and independent operators and employees to a national standard of food safety.
